Our bouldering inductions are 30 minute sessions, in which you’ll learn how to climb safely within the centre, alongside this our instructor will introduce you to some basic technique.
Top Rope Beginner
Consisting of three, two hour sessions, spread over three weeks, this course requires no previous rope climbing experience and will give you all the skills and knowledge you need to belay and climb confidently.
This session really is whatever you want it to be! Here are a few examples of what we’ve done before: Ropes refresher, for those that have rope climbed before but need so brushing up on their skills; belay session, if you’re unsure whether rope climbing is for you, you can book a session for one of our instructors to belay you; group session, if you fancy doing a bit of climbing with some friends or colleagues we can run bespoke group sessions to meet your needs!
Every Monday we run our yoga sessions from 6:45-7:45. We like to keep the group sizes relatively small, so make sure you book ahead!
